Poutine is a Canadian dish that I have wanted to make vegan for some time now. It traditionally contains French fries, gravy and cheese. Since Poutine, and other National dishes, come with their variations, I decided to spare myself the vegan cheese and just leave it off all together. Gravy and French fries it is!
