1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
¼ cup apple sauce
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in water, vegetable oil, apple sauce, and vanilla extract.
Place brownie dough in an 8×8 pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
Bake 25-30, and allow Brownies to cool before cutting. Unless you love chocolate like me and can not wait.
