Soft Pretzels from The Joy of vegan Baking

I NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH DOUGH EVER AGAIN!

I COULD HAVE DUSTED THE WHOLE KITCHEN WITH FLOUR AND THE DOUGH STILL WOULD HAVE STUCK!

I am so frustrated. My first mistake was trying to bake after spending about 10 hours at school. My second mistake was using 3 cups of water when I should have used one. The pretzels came out malformed, because I do not know how to twist pretzels, (I know . . . it was a surprise to me too). The outside of the pretzels were hard as a rock, but the inside was soft. I scooped out the inside, added honey mustard, and there was the silver lining. That mouthful of bread and mustard gave me hope to try this recipe again, but not today, tomorrow, or anytime soon.

I know how to twist pretzels!…..sorry you had such a hard time though..
