Sauteed Bananas

WHEN A RECIPE TELLS YOU TO SPRINKLE, YOU REALLY SHOULD CONSIDER SPRINKING.

I got really heavy handed with the cinnamon and ginger. Its was only suppose to be a topping, but I ruined the whole dish. I could not even finish the bananas because they were too spicy. I tried the bananas straight out of the pan and it tasted really good. Even if you do not like bananas, they were very sweet. I probably will not be trying this again, but its worth a try.
