McDonalds Sausage Biscuit Homemade Vegan-Vegetarian

McDonalds Sausage Biscuit is a way to “Get that good morning taste of a fresh-baked biscuit and sizzly sausage hot off the griddle.” http://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en/food/product_nutrition.breakfast.268.sausage-biscuit-regular-size-biscuit.html

I have loved biscuits my whole life, especially being a southern girl. Though they usually came from the can, I really enjoyed them when they were paired with sausage, gravy, chicken, or cheese. Why should I have to forfeit that just because I chose a lifestyle to increase my vegetable intake? I don’t. I can even do it at 220 calories compared to 430 calories at McDonalds. Which I love because my point of going on a plant based diet was to take in less nutritious-less calories.
