I went to the Ann Arbor Street Art Fair today, and Jazzy Veggie was there. Now Jazzy Veggie actually does have a restaurant in downtown Ann Arbor, but I am glad they had a booth at the festival.
Jazzy Veggie is a restaurant in downtown Ann Arbor, MI that sells 100% plant-based cuisine. I tried the Sweet Potato Quinoa Burger. It contained roasted sweet potatoes with seasoned red quinoa, fresh herbs and roasted garlic, shredded greens, red onions, and red curry mayonnaise on a bun.
It was so tasty and well seasoned. I am so glad I found this restaurant, because their vegan delights taste so much better than what I make at home. The flavor combinations were excellent. I am glad I didn’t know that there was curry on the burger before I tasted it, because I have an aversion to curry. But I would not have never known if I didn’t read the description. I could not even taste what I have come to expect of curry, all I tasted was deliciousness. I will be visiting Jazzy Veggie in the near future to try their desserts!
