Tip #3: If you are using banana as a type of egg replacer, but do not want banana to be a dominate flavor, try blending it with a hand mixer, blender, or food processor.

I have never tasted bread pudding to the best of my recollection. This bread pudding turn out amazing. My non-vegan boyfriend loved it. I just wish I had mashed the bananas up a little bit more, because I ran into chunks when I was eating it. Over all, I loved it. I was make this for any holiday gathering.

I’m not a huge fan of bread pudding, but I just may bake it as a holiday dessert extra. I bet my non-vegan husband would love it! Thanks for sharing.
