I was watching KellyCutroneTV on YouTube, where she does a talk show with her best friend Justine Bateman. This time they were talking about the new LA fad, The Baby Food Diet. Of course they disagreed with it and I do too. They made some good points on diets and nutrition. Justine said that it is not what babies eat, it is how they eat.
Babies and toddlers eat when they get hungry, stop when they get full, and wiggle the rest of the time. ( Light bulb, anyone . . . anyone)
Kelly Cutrone followed by saying she has spent copious amounts of money on nutritionist and other weight loss materials. What she gathered from all of her research was what she calls the L-shaped diet. Stay on the L when your at the grocery store. What’s the L?
Shop in the fruits, vegetables, and protein (Vegans, adjust for the meat). Try to keep the diary and baked goods to the minimal. AND DEFINITELY skip the packaged food in the middle. ( Light bulb now? anyone . . . just me? Okay)
